Prices are valid in case of payment with the payment methods below and under the terms of business. If the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, the provider will pay the price stated at the time of the order. Product prices on our website are available until stocks last.

TERMS OF PURCHASE
With his order, the customer confirms that he accepts all the Terms of Use of the capstonevaporizer.com portal and confirms that he is an adult (18+) person. Also, the buyer confirms with the purchase that he will use the vaporizing device only for lawful purposes.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
You can currently pay in the online store www.capstonevaporizer.com in the following ways:
- by proforma invoice / bank account: we will send an order form to your e-mail address with payment details, and immediately after receiving the payment from you, we will send you the paid goods
- with PayPal by Demand – we manualy send payment request after online purchace process is completed
The customer receives the transfer information in an automatic return e-mail message after placing the order.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
The company processes orders on the same day and sends them on the same or the next following days. If the ordered goods are not in stock, we will inform you and personally agree on the estimated delivery time.
If the order cannot be realized under the stated conditions, the store www.capstonevaporizer.com reserves the right to reject your order.
WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASE AND RETURN OF GOODS
The consumer has the right to inform the company within 14 days of receiving the goods that he is withdrawing from the contract, without having to give a reason for his decision. Customer caries the costs of returning the goods unused in original packaging.
When resigning, you must notify us in advance at the email address sales@capstonevaporizer.com.
When you return the device, the package should contain: the device with packaging, invoice, your bank details (account number and address for refund) and a confirmed (signed) warranty card.
The goods must be unused, undamaged, in the same quantity and in the original packaging. The right to a refund does not apply if the goods are used or without the original labels or have been damaged by improper use, unless it is treated as a complaint and the goods were in such a condition before receipt.
The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods. The latter must be returned to the company no later than thirty days after the notice of resignation.
When delivering a shipment, it is important that the customer obtains a Certificate of Delivery (proof of delivery), and that the contents of the box/package are lined so that the product or packaging cannot be damaged in any way. The company reimburses the purchase price to the buyer immediately after receiving the goods, or at the latest within the legally prescribed period (14 days), otherwise, the purchase price is charged interest in the amount of one-tenth of the redemption every 30 days.
The goods are returned to the company’s headquarters or to an otherwise agreed address.
If the company is unable to ship your order due to lack of stock, supply problems or any other reasons, it reserves the right to cancel your order.
RECLAMATION
In the event that you receive a product that is damaged or malfunctioning, you can complain about it within 8 days of receiving the product, and we will immediately replace it with a new one. The cost of replacing the product is covered by the seller. When submitting a shipment, it is important that you obtain a Certificate of Delivery (proof of delivery). In case of inability to exchange and consequently a refund of the purchase price, it is returned to your transaction account and not as a purchase price when returning the product. After 8 days, a complaint is no longer possible, but a warranty within the warranty covered time.
ALL REFUNDS
The company does not accept redemption packages.
The cost of return (shipping) for exchanges and returns is borne by the buyer, and the cost of exchange (return shipping) is borne by the seller.
The cost of return (shipping) on complaints and warranty repairs is borne by the seller – but the cost of shipping is returned to the buyer on the transaction account and never as a purchase price when returning the package.
WARRANTY
If you have problems with the purchased device that is within the warranty period and you have used it correctly (according to the conditions from the warranty card), you can use the warranty, which will provide you with repair of the device, replacement of the device or replacement of the device.
For the purpose of repairing goods under warranty, if this is within the warranty period, you need a confirmed (signed) warranty card that you received with the purchase of the device. The guarantees of all purchases on the website www.capstonevaporizer.com are taken into account, for purchases made elsewhere, please contact the seller for warranty repairs.
Pack the device (shipping conditions stated in the RETURN OF GOODS) together with the confirmed warranty card and send it to the company’s headquarters or to the address that will be given to you at prior notice.
